Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Idle Legacy ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. License to Use

KBWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in PvP or any game mode
• Attempt to interfere with the game's servers, cloud services, or other players' accounts

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to cheating in PvP, abusive conduct, or impersonation.

4. Online & Offline Play

The core game is playable offline with no account required. Online features — including cloud save synchronization and asynchronous PvP Clashes — require an internet connection and an active account.

5. PvP Clashes

PvP Clashes are asynchronous. Your empire's statistical snapshot is compared against other players' snapshots; no real-time interaction occurs. You agree to participate fairly and not manipulate your stats through unauthorized means.

6. In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the store's refund policy. Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Application.

7. Advertisements

The Application may display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. These advertisements are governed by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Historical Content

Idle Legacy draws on real historical events, civilizations, and figures for educational and entertainment purposes. In-game portrayals are simplified and gamified; they are not intended as historically exhaustive or authoritative representations. KBWorks makes no warranty regarding historical accuracy.

9. User-Generated Content

If the Application allows you to submit display names, profile content, or other user-generated content, you agree not to submit content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. KBWorks reserves the right to remove any such content without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, graphics, code, game mechanics, historical event text, and branding, is the exclusive property of KBWorks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KBWorks does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including loss of game progress, virtual items, or account data, even if KBWorks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

KBWorks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
